im african american and my hair is natually wavy, but not coarse. i have to stop flat ironing my hair b/c i want it to grown and it wont grown if its damaged. so the other thing that i can do is wear it natural. the only problem is that when it dries...POOF!!! it gets all big and puffy. i would LOVE it if it could look KINDA like this...

it kinda does look like that except its just too puffy and its not the same size all over. its more controlled in some areas and then in others it looks really pretty just like in the pics. can someone plz plz help me.

i know it may sound dramatic or whatever but it will seriously change my life!

My hair is like that and I'm white. Anyhow, you need a good light gel and take small sections of your hair when it's still good and wet and twist each section into spirals. Let it air dry. You will have exactly what you want.

use cholesterol cream, as the directions on jar say, then blowdry your hair on a low setting with a paddle brush.

well first of all, don't put no gel in your hair, it'll fall out, but wat you should do is get some aussie hair curl activater, and put that in then, put in some holding spray, truat me i do it all the time, and my hair is pooooooooooooofy! hope i helped!
