My baby isn't mixed but she has wavy poofy hair. after washing it i use the white rain conditioner it makes it easier to untangle and comb. But I keep it braided or ponytails with twist. Because it will tangle again after being down to long.

Use Joico products. The thing is with kids hair that gets tangles easy you need to put on a great conditioner. BUT do not rinse it out. Use it as a leave in. If you rinse out your conditioner you are just rinsing product down the drain and that is how the companies make their money. You will find that a bottle of conditioner will last you several months! Joico has the best line when it comes to your child's type of hair. It is a bit expensive but well worth the money. I have included the link so you can check it out. Good luck and let me know how it goes.
