Like pH balenced? First I would suggest a relaxer if you don't already have one. Use a neutralizing shampoo and a pH balenced shampoo and conditioner. But hair oil in your hair and blow dry it until half dry then let it air dry. Once COMPLETLY dry use a thermal creme/spray and flat iron your hair.

Even water effects the ph content of the hair, you need to go to a salon and have them to a ppt treatment, (polypeptide) this will go into the cortex of the hair and help restore the ph balance. Or you could do a REDKEN chemistry shot with 5.5 phixphase.
