If u want to dye color by urself then first wash ur hairs with shampoo then let it dry and then apply ur choice of hair color. Let it dry with the normal air flow. Wash it with plain water. Don't use shampoo or soap to wash it off. Then after 3 days again do the same thing. And repeat it again after 3 days. THe three layers of coating will make it a strong presence. And one thing i tell u, with the passage of time, the shine and glow of the color increases. So give it time to decide if its wht u wanted or not.
