I have really dry hair! any advice?

My hair is so weird and nothing works! I can grease it but as soon as wind blows on it or when i go outside it becomes dry and frizzy! Products at the store have things that can dry out your hair so maybe a natural cure can help my hair. I have african american hair and need a silky smooth hair. Please help.

Do a deep conditioning or hot oil treetment once a week, you can even use mayonaise if you can't afford store products. Before you style your hair spray a leave in condtioner in your hair.

I use 'Sunsilk'. im not sure wich one it is- but go to the store and read all the differewnt kinds of 'Sunsilk' and see wich one is for dry hair. Hope that it works and srry if it doesnt. :D bye!

I dont know if this works for african american hair but it works for me and im white, try mayonaisse. Apply it like shampoo, except very thick and try to work it into your hair, then put a shower cap on and leave it for 10-15 minutes and wash it out normally.

Don't go near any open flames.

Use a conditioner but when you rinse, don't rinse as long as you would normally. Cut the rinse by about 30 - 45 seconds.

Do this daily and your hair should be better.

You may need to get it relaxed as one of my former GF's used to do.

After i wash My hair with a moisturizing detangling shampoo, I deep condition my hair for about 30min. then I do a hot oil treatment. (you can find a tube of hot oit treatment from your local beauty supply store) then i rinse and spray with oil sheen while wet and apply moisturizing setting lotion, wrap then sit under my dryer. After it dry, I part and apply ultra-sheen anti itch hair dress --aka grease- to my scalp. because its thin it won't weigh your hair down or cause breakage, but it gives it a great shine and luster that will last about a week.
