Question about MOTIONS CPR products. Can you help me? (african american)?

I visited the Motions website.

Here's what I saw for CPR----:

1) Motions CPR Protein Reconstructor

(when do I use this? Is it a shampoo or conditoner?)

2) Motions CPR Treatment Shampoo

3) Motions CPR Treatment Conditioner

(Do I use all THREE at once, or does one replace the other?)

BTW,------I get my hair both dyed (semi-permanent) and texturized every 7 weeks.

PLEASE HELP IF YOU ARE AFRICAN AMERICAN AND KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!

Much love, Peace Out.

The CPR reconstructor is a conditioner for extremely damaged hair, such as breakage. You use this until the breakages subsides. Be sure to rinse very well or it will break your hair off really bad. This is not a moisturizing conditioner treatment by any means. If you use this too often, your hair will form knots at the ends. Believe me because this happened to me. To prevent that, use the CPR sparingly and alternate with moisturizing conditioner. The shampoo and conditioner is less stronger than the reconstructor, but it doesn't hurt to alternate. You can use all three at once when trying to slow down breakage, but use the reconstructor with caution. Good luck.

I think it is an okay product to have in case the stylist overprocessed your hair. Or your hair is damaged from frying your hair with flat irons and what not. Report It
