when african american peoples hair turn brown does that mean its dead or dry or is that its natrual color??my hair is brown but it isnt dry or rough it is oily at the scalp.

All hair is dead.

It turns brown from sun exposure. Being black doesn't automatically mean black or dark brown hair, I know more than a few black men and women with light brown hair. I think its very pretty to be out of the ordinary.

All hair is dead because it has no feeling. And most African American peoples' hair isn't dry it's just frizzy.
