one day this boy ask me was my mom or dad were white i said no why he said cuz you look like you could be mix with black/white cause im Light skin like chris Brown %26amp; my hair is the same shade as his expect my side burns are Blond you can only see them when u are like really close up %26amp; People say i have patches in my hair i say no that's the way my hair grows. my hair is Part black %26amp; brown you can see the brown in when sun is out other than that my hair looks black so do you think i could be Mix Some where in my famaliy cuz im a Dopted so i wouldnt know any thing about my mom or dad %26amp; i have that Chris brown hair line it looks un even that's on the edge of chris browns hair line well if you think that i could be tell me please or im just plain African American

I tell this to all light skin or mixed african americans, when you get pulled over by the police they will let you know what race you are.

Until then go with whatever works for you.

Most light complected african americans have some other decent in the blood line or a pigmentation issue.

theres a possiblity that you do have a white desendant ,that would be due to slavery,however, you don't have mixed hair, its either black or a shade of brown,your biological parents could have been one white or a mixed parent themselves ,you can find out by calling the agency that made your adoption possible .
