im a 14 year old african american my hair is thin and on the left side its shorter than the right how can i fix this without cutting it because it already a little bit above my shoulders

If you layer your hair alot, your hair will be different length all over the place, so you wont be able to tell that your left side is short.

Simply tell your hair on the left side of your head to grow faster. At the same time tell the right side of your head to slow down a bit so the left may catch up.

you probably want to keep it one length for manageability.. so I would trim the longer size to match the shorter.......
